The Administrator is the owner of the subscription and has access to all the settings. The first user to sign in after purchasing the subscription is automatically given the role of Administrator. This cannot be changed later.


Managers have access to most settings: Lists, Categories, Vendors and Locations. Managers also have access to enter and modify: items, attributes, transactions and locations. This is the default role when creating a new user.


Workers cannot create or modify items unless they are the owners of the item. Workers can only adjust stock.


Viewers have read-only access. This means that they can’t create or modify items/lists/transactions.
