Price Lists

Price lists allow you to group items with different pricing so you can offer customized prices to different customers. You can create multiple price lists and assign one price list per customer.

When you create a new invoice, the assigned customer's price list is applied by default. However, you can also manually select a different price list on the invoice if needed.

To use this feature, make sure Price List is enabled under:
Settings > Attributes > Invoices

You can also import price lists quickly using a CSV file that includes item names and their prices.

Note: Reports based on price lists will reflect the prices defined in each list.
