Task Types

Task Types help you organize and manage your tasks effectively. We offer several default task types, including General Task, Approval, Proposal, Training, Incident, Problem, and Onboarding.

You can easily edit existing task types, create new custom ones, customize their colors, icons, and add custom attributes to each task type for further personalization.
